Sound familiar?

You walk in from work and bedtime starts before you've taken your coat off.

  • You dread 6pm a little more every day
  • Bedtime drags on, and by the time they're down, the evening has gone
  • You've tried the routines and the rules, and they don't fit your life
  • You don't want to leave your little one to cry, but you can't keep going like this
  • You just want to feel calm at bedtime again, for them and for you
In the session

What we'll talk about

  • The foundations of sleep needs. How much sleep your little one actually needs at their age, and what really shapes it, so you can stop guessing and comparing.
  • Why bedtime turns into a battle. It's rarely about your little one being "naughty" or you doing it wrong. Often they're dysregulated after a big day, and once you see that, bedtime feels very different.
  • The building blocks of a calmer bedtime. The daytime rhythm, connection and wind-down that make evenings easier, without rigid schedules or crying it out.
  • Making it work around your working week. Nursery days, late pick-ups and handing bedtime to someone else.
  • Your questions, answered live. Bring what's happening in your house and I'll help you make sense of it.

Your host

Hi, I'm Sammy.

I'm an OCN Level 6 holistic sleep coach, the highest rated sleep consultant in Surrey, and a working mum of two. I went back to work on broken sleep too.

I once sat on the floor outside my baby's room, sobbing, following sleep advice that felt completely wrong. Now I help working mums find a gentler way that actually fits their life.
