Antenatal Doula

Expecting a baby is a beautiful season, but it can also come with a million questions, decisions, and to-do lists. This antenatal package is designed to hold space for you through it all—offering emotional, practical, and informational support tailored to your unique journey.

2–3 antenatal planning sessions (2 hours each, in-person or online).

Postnatal Doula

Support for the raw, beautiful, and blurry days after birth.

Baby is (almost!) here and you might be wondering what happens next. The fourth trimester is real, and it’s a time of huge emotional, physical, and practical adjustment. This package is designed to gently support you through that transition, with care that meets you where you are.

A 2-hour antenatal Zoom session (if possible) to explore your fourth trimester hopes and expectations.
A private WhatsApp group activated 10 days before your due date for quick support when things get real.
Three 3-hour postnatal visits. Tailored to what you need most.
Infant feeding support (bottle, breast, combo - all welcome!).
Guidance on managing sleep expectations and soothing rhythms.
Errand running (yes, the little things matter!)
Emotional + physical support, for however you’re feeling that day.

Birth Doula

Continuity of care for birth—on your terms.

Whether you're planning a vaginal birth or preparing for a caesarean, this package offers grounded, ongoing support before, during, and after your baby’s arrival. This is personalised, hands-on care that centres you, no matter how your baby enters the world. I only take on 4 - 6 birth clients per year to ensure deep, uninterrupted care.

Everything in the Antenatal Package (planning sessions, baby prep, WhatsApp support).
Everything in the Postnatal Package (home visits, feeding support, emotional care).
Labour support - I’ll join you at home or the hospital when labour begins and stay by your side throughout.
Physical + emotional support during labour: breathwork, massage, movement, grounding tools.

What is a Doula?

A doula is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support to parents before, during, and after birth. We’re not medical providers—we don’t deliver babies or make clinical decisions—but we’re an essential part of the support team.
Think of me as your calm in the chaos. Your sounding board. Your witness.
The person who holds your hand when you’re not sure what’s next—and reminds you of your power when things get hard.

What is the benefit of a Doula if I have a birth partner?

Your birth partner is there to support you, in whatever capacity feels right. A doula is there as a "keeper of the cave", to ensure your care plan is followed and to digest the information at the time it arises in a way that represents your wishes and to keep the safe sacred and safe.

What are your limitations?

I don’t replace your doctor, midwife, or healthcare provider
I don’t give medical advice or perform clinical tasks
I don’t judge your choices—whether it’s pain relief, bottle feeding, or co-sleeping
I don’t push a “right” way to birth, feed, or raise your baby
I don’t follow rigid plans—I adapt to what’s real and right for you
I don’t disappear once the baby is here—postpartum care matters, too

What training do you have?

I conmpleted my Doula training course with Developing Doulas in 2023. I have also done extensivee studying into sleep science.

How do I pay and do you offer payment plans?

I accept cash, EFT, and PayPal (with a 1.5% fee).
After a non-refundable deposit is paid, the remaining balance can be divided as needed, as long as the full balance is paid in full.
